Shit it’s been a year since I read The Heroes. I was really eager to read the next trilogy—Age of Madness?—but finally, alas, I’m bringing myself to read the final book of this standalone trilogy! Words cannot describe how much I miss Glokta and Ardee

idk what shy's past is yet, but i already feel bad. was she some sort of criminal? maybe she was chased by men she was too big of a threat for? i love nice and genuinely happy logen, but his patience will run thin at some point and NO ONE wants to see that. who's been burning farms and kidnapping kids (why kids?) leef seems to have some bones. maybe too much bones, once he's angry (and apparently he's angry often)..
