I still haven't dived deep yet into the book, but what catches me so far is the chapter titled " Seven deadly sins of today's business writing".
It mentions that using passive voice or expressions like " kindly be advised" is useless nowadays writing, rather that we should should use the active voice.
I find that using A.V makes our sentences sound more direct, dull, like orderes.
I am not really convinced 😕
