Section II - The Revised Taxonomy Structure - The biggest change from the old Bloom's is that 'synthesis' has become 'create' and become the highest order of thinking--although the authors only really distinguish the Remember level from the other five (Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, Create)

Chapter 4 - The Knowledge Dimension - Factual and Conceptual Knowledge are mainly about the 'what' (just knowing some concrete fact) and Procedural Knowledge is about the 'how' to do something. Metacognitive Knowledge is aimed at knowing how to think about something, and about how you specifically think about learning strategies.
