Status Updates From The Eleventh Plague

I love this book *-*

This book is very fast-paced and some of the plot has no ending. The brewing romance in the book is very odd.

So far i'm liking the book. the beginning was to fast-paced but now I'm happy with it.

So far quite interesting... I love the little bits of backstory

I can't believe that the slavers are being paid by Will Henry to help attack Fort Leonard! But of course, Will most likely doesn' t know who these people are... or does he? If Stephen went to tell him that it was all a mistake, Will would NEVER believe him. Maybe Marcus can tell him? Along with this, will Stephen be able to actually kill the slavers? Jenny would probably just pull him away every time he tried!

So far I am hooked, ugh, I got a thing for YA sci-fi. I would say I am addicted. Very captivating book--hard to put down.

I feel so bad for Stephen that his dad just died. First his mother and his sister that was never born, then his grandpa, and now this! Even though Jenny survived the fire in the barn, she's not really the same as family. But at least she's there for Stephen in his time of grief and anxiety! I also wonder where Stephen will go from here? Where will he settle? All I know is he can't go back to Settler's Landing!

I wonder why these people are being so welcoming to Stephen? Is there a reason?

Stephen is still getting used to the whole normal life setting, his whole life was all about scavenging and surviving in the ruins. so this is a big change for him.

I wonder if Stephen's father will live longer? He supposedly has a shorter and slower heartbeat currently! Where will Stephen go and what will he do without his dad around if he dies?

I wonder if the new people that rescued Stephen and his father are actually good guys? Are they really trying to help or will they inject something life-threatening into Stephen's fathers' bloodstream? Although, if Stephen had thought that he'd be alright with his dad in the cave, they would have stayed just because they were nervous to give the strangers their trust. He must have seen a flicker of hope in them!

After finishing this book I realize what this world is coming too and how it's gonna happen. It definitely makes you think about what it's gonna look like.

I wonder how much longer Stephen's father will be able to stay alive? He fell through the ground about 30 feet down into a ditch of rushing water and now, the back of his head and neck are bleeding! Based on his ragged breaths that Stephen is describing, I think he's really trying to hold on to life... he wants to be there to protect his son from death and all the dangers left in their deserted world.

I live this book. Just like Harry potter it wasn't all that great until the end. Amazing writing and very emotional it definitely makes you think.

This book is very engaging. My heart keeps racing!

There isn't much suspense in this, which is surprising to me as it is post apoc...

stephen and his dad find there way over to a so called paradise while his dad is in a comma. stephen for the first time in seven years felt normal again.

I can't believe how much Stephen (the main character) went through as a thirteen year old kid: his father was neerly killed, he was suddenly introduced to new people who he knows nothing about, and he lost everything including his dog in an attack. This has been a very bad predicament.

I'll be reading this for awhile because of social studies and I CAN'T read ahead. So this might take awhile.

It's slow, and its kinda boring....

i am like half way done with the book its been a really great book all the problems with the boy and his dad really are entertaining
