I started an Austin restaurant blog in 2016 that quickly became the go-to resource for hungry foodies who want to find the hottest restaurants and the best things to do in ATX.

My first book, Austin Food Crawls, is written in the same character as my blog: it's fun, lighthearted, and easy to follow as you navigate your way around the Austin food scene.

A few tidbits about me:

- I attended the University of Texas at Austin for grad school, but I didn't grow up in Austin. (I was born and raised in Dallas.) Some are surprised by this, but here's how I see it: I specifically chose Austin to be my long-term home. Chance didn't bring me here; I picked this city. That's how much I love it!
