The audiobook is a good listen. Good stuff to meditate on. It’s a tad bit sensitive for me, but that’s just a preference.

I have loved all of the Campfire Stories books by Steve Rinella. This one was maybe a tad less dramatic than past stories, but very good still.

This was an excellent book on the Mountain Man era. You can tell how close this topic is to Steve Rinellas’s heart. In the final chapter, you can sense a somber tone as he explains the end of this insane era.

I enjoyed this book. It’s a wild ride and the author did much research. Very fun, if you’re in the right mood for it.

I enjoyed this biography. It offered a slightly different perspective on St Francis’s life, that deviates a bit from the tree-hugging pacifist character often depicted. It’s not radically different than that, to be clear. But it is more nuanced.

Benny is a great story teller I could read these old stories all day long. Benny Richards is a great storyteller and it feels like you’re along with him on all these.

Awesome book. I’ve been a fan of Brian Shaw for about a decade now, and was already familiar with his story. But, it was great to hear new details and much more information on his early life. The book also contains lots of photos. Great read!
