Angela K. Crandall was born in 1977 and grew up in the small town of Cadillac, Michigan. My first writing experience started in first grade, introduced as a way to express my emotions. I was encouraged by a teacher at a young age to begin writing stories. Then later was introduced to poetry in middle school. "The Dream inside the darkness, " my first release and a short story, was originally four pages long. I wrote it in first grade. I continued to work on it in high school and then college until May of 2013, when I picked it back up, hoping that I could resurrect it and bring it to life.
