Williams is a freelance artist/cartoonist living in Columbus, Ohio. His first collaboration, No Dead Time (w/Brian McLachlan) came out in *2004 from Oni Press. He continues to work in print and in the digital realm. Creating webcomics, freelancing, and working on his next book. He's also contributed to a number of comics anthologies: Lifelike, No Formula, 24seven vol.2 and Comic Book Tattoo. In 2002, he was awarded the Howard E. Day Prize (for best self-published work) by Dave Sim.
