"I do find R.C. Sproul’s understanding of the Gospel to be sound - however it at times can be harsh in that he “lightly” discusses righteousness through Christ in his discussion in the first part of this text. Let’s just say he provides no spoilers." — Feb 02, 2025 07:02AM

"It’s really amazing how tied to honor and shame the book of Romans is. Also - I’ve rarely heard this discrepancy between the law and sin. Paul is clear that sin existed before the law - but how often do we typically think sin and the law are the same? They are not.
So far this is a good read. Lots of minutiae but it’s all meaningful." — Jan 05, 2025 07:37PM
