| This children’s book was considered groundbreaking in 1991 for its message that stereotypes are to be defied. The illustrations have the quality of realism (almost like photographs). I appreciated Grace’s love of stories from classic literature. | |

| A moralistic tale about urban development and the presumed superiority of country living. Obviously one-sided, but well designed to elicit sympathy for the little house. | |

| I guess the moral of this story is "take your spanking." I enjoyed the way the "yellow" color popped in all the illustrations. The tale is told in such a way as to make a child feel a genuine fondness and concern for Ping. ...more | |

Hi.Merry Christmas. What We Talk About When We Talk About Love?PLZ Answer The Question In My Profile.
Just wanted to stop in and wish you the best of the holiday season! Merry Christmas!-NoranHammond,IN :)
Have you ever heard the song with these words? "Christ has no body now on earth but yours,
no hands but yours...
Yours are the hands with which he is to bless men now."
It's by John Michael Talbot and I've found where you can download it but I'm just too technologically ignorant to know how! The song, however, is beautiful!
God bless, booklady
Skylar, I am really enjoying your "Ancient Paths" magazine. Thanks so much for doing this great service for Christian Writers.
