Justin always wanted to be a writer, but forgot that fact for most of his life. He wrote a ton of stories when he was young, like grade school young, and was even sent to a young authors conference at the age of 8. But as he grew older, he seemed to forget he one day wanted to be a writer and instead went into the graphics industry. In his defense, he did love to draw as well.

He graduated from the Digital Media Arts program at Seneca College in 2004 and went straight to a job in media graphics. He did that for a few years and then moved to a different department in 2009, which required no graphical work. That’s when he started writing again.
