L.D. was born in Phoenix, AZ and grew up in Dayton, OH where she developed a
passion for writing. It had always been a dream of hers to write a novel and, despite
making many attempts throughout her life, never managed to follow through with any of her ideas. That was until a literal dream came to her in late 2020. Partially inspired by
her anxiety at the time and partially inspired (allegedly) by the socio-political climate at
the time, L.D. did the one thing she knew how to do when it came to alleviating stress:
write. And play video games a lot, but that’s secondary to the first point. She hopes that you can find the same kind of morbid escapism in her writing as she did.
