Jon Thysell is a writer and engineer currently living in the Pacific Northwest, where he works as a software engineer for Xbox.

He was first published (in print) in Not Quite What I Was Planning. In 2012 he published his short story Pawsgaard, prequel to his upcoming novel, "Hester and the Kookaburra King".

When he's not writing, he plays video games with his wife; sometimes she even lets him win.
