Patrick J. Murphy III (He/Him) writes Paranormal Fantasy, Neo-Noir, YA Romance, and Poetry. He was born in Chicago and grew up in Columbus Ohio, where he attended Ohio State University for theater and film studies. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, he feels that it is important to "share our stories, teachings, and history". Patrick is a Member of Rockford Area Writers.

Patrick currently lives in Rockford, Illinois where he does volunteer board work for The LIAM Foundation, a non-profit organization focusing on the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community. When not writing, Patrick enjoys reading, watching Netflix, and cooking.

It was an OK short story. Characters seemed decent. I think it could have had some more development. But overall a quick read and good if you like supernatural ya romance.

Standard Patterson thiller, filled with twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat. The interesting red herrings and misleads made it all the more fun. Quick paced while still building good character.
