Amy Gamble is a writer, speaker, and former Olympian whose work explores resilience, confidence, and the quiet strength required to rebuild after life’s hardest seasons.

A member of the 1988 U.S. Women’s Olympic Handball Team, Amy spent years competing at the highest levels of sport before transitioning into an 18-year career in corporate America. Along the way she faced profound personal challenges, including navigating bipolar disorder, experiences that would later shape her voice as a writer and advocate.
