Hello Geoffroy,
I have been looking into options for digital versions of my book since you asked it, and am currently working on converting it to an eBook that will be available on Amazon Kindle and Google Books initially.

Thanks for your question and for inciting me to make the plunge into digital. I hope that the formatting and ajustments will be done for online publication by the end of the month.

Hello, Karen.
Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, that book is long out of print. I tried to see if there were any online stores that are selling it, but did not find any. I think that your best bet would be to try to find it used. Mabye the American-French Genealogical Society, which publishes my Filles du Roi and Before the King's Daughters books, would be interested in publishing the index.(less)
