I read this on the recommendation of a friend and then suggested it to my dad. The chief and I had such fun talking about this one. I keep wanting to read it again, so I might just have to buy a copy.

Disappointing. Love pandas. Love women. But this lady (the actual Lady of the title, not the author) was annoying. Almost didn't finish it.

Stunning and beautiful. I have always loved the film, and still can't believe it ever got made, but I didn't read the book until just recently. I love Robinson's language and what she does with the landscape. Just haunting.
