Lexie Yut is a Texas-based author and illustrator who lives and works in Austin, TX. She wrote her first picture book, "Bossy Pants" in 2017. Lexie is an extroverted introvert who loves listening to and telling stories. She's a frequent library-goer and is always inspired by the many beautiful picture books tucked away in overflowing bookshelves.

When she is not writing children's books, Lexie can be found with her nose in a romance novel, gardening barefoot in her back garden, or spending time with her two cats, Fiddle & Banjo.
