I was born in Wiltshire and studied History at the University of Exeter. I am a teacher of English and History, and have taught in Brighton, Spain, and now currently live in the south-west. I was inspired to write Trojan Tales: Voices from Afar following a holiday to Greece. This is the first in a trilogy.

Ian McEwan
“People sometimes forget how to be happy due to a "failure to grasp the simple truth that other people are as real as you. And only in a story could you enter these different minds and show how they had an equal footing. That was the only moral a story must have.”
Ian McEwan

Maya Angelou
“If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.”
Maya Angelou

Jack Kornfield
“In the end just three things matter:
How well we have lived
How well we have loved
How well we have learned to let go”
Jack Kornfield

Oscar Wilde
“Everything in moderation, including moderation.”
Oscar Wilde
