Audrey Taylor Ward grew up in Orlando, Florida, surviving the humid wrath of tropical summers by devouring book after book and losing herself in fantasy before she ever put pen to paper. Flash forward fifteen years and one exceedingly boring day as a law receptionist later, she began to write the novel that turned an idea into a passion. When not crafting plot twists and character profiles, she loves to paint, hike, listen to her music a little too loud. Audrey lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her temperamental feline daughter, Hazel.
