January conversations with dogs – poetry by Di Slaney, illustrations by Jane Burn

Here’s a poetry book I recommend – January conversations with dogs available from Valley Press  UK’s Di Slaney and Jane Burn have collaborated to produce a special pamphlet. It’s a long-poem sequence using a diary format. Di’s poems and Jane’s illustrations record what Di observed during January walks in the countryside with her corgi dog […]

e.e. Dear Bev,

I'm so glad that you've signed on. Yes, I'd like to read the Dragon books sometime too.

Anyway...I'll go through my list "sometime" and try to bring things more up to date and add a few comments etc...

Great to hear from you.

Bev Elaine,

I was so happy yesterday when I went to the lbrary and they had two books I have been wanting to read. I found this winter long, snowy, icy and hard to get out of bed, long.
I just finished the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series which I enjoyed. Great distraction from the weather.

I often wander around the library hoping I will find a hidden treasure so your book list is a treasure.

Thanks My reading cahir is calling

Bev
