I am a first-time caller and a long-time listener here on Goodreads. I activated my author profile a while back and then never looked at it again. This past week, I got back into the sequel to Seven Days. It was at 15,000 words and needed some very hard decisions in how I had structured the story. After some helpful advice from a friend, I took a chainsaw to the thing.
