William Van Steeter hails from a land he calls Utah. He writes with a sardonic tone; a possible side effect of drinking too many cups of strong coffee. William believes he has several pets including cats, dogs, and fish. The truth is, he is the pet and several animals own him.

In his free time, you can find him riding a bicycle through Utah's canyons. You might also find him fixing a flat bike tire in those same canyons. If you are really lucky, you may even find him standing around in those canyons solemnly waiting for his wife to rescue him because he ran out of spare inner tubes.
