Roya Dee Shihady (Dee) is a humorist best known for her loving pokes at her large family and the young age she married and started parenting.

As an expert writing for serious articles Dee specializes in family and education, specifically parenting and adoption issues. She is now the retired Executive Director of Crystal Adoptions where she worked with potential parents and birth mothers nationally.

She is the mother of 6 children and grandmother of 18 and has also been a foster parent. She has a Bachelor of Education and has been a teacher for children as well as adults.

Dee's philosophy is that the two most important things in this world are family and education (in that order). ...more

I picked this up on a whim, at a bookstore, and immediately fell in love with the feel and fun of the words. It was so worth buying! Everyone should read this, if you consider yourself creative or not, by the end you will be.
