Emma Wertheim is an Australian meditation, yoga, and sacred dance teacher, with a special interest in yoga mudras. Since 1995, she has been part of an esoteric school with origins in The Fourth Way movement, dedicated to cultivating stillness as a foundation for transformation in everyday life.

She is the author and artist behind Yoga Mudra Oracle, created in collaboration with husband, artist and writer Steve Denham. This project communicates the ancient wisdom and multi-dimensional benefits of yoga mudra hand postures.

Emma is also a contributing author in Soul Rising: Navigating Your Spiritual Awakening—a multi-author anthology exploring the raw, real, and transformative nature of spiritual awakenings.

How do you describe this book? Goodness, what a wild ride! So brave and honest. It’s incredibly hard to review… I’ve never read anything so honest. And her writing is brilliant. A sorrow and joy to read - full of love, hope and wonder.
