Into the Woods by Supriya Parulekar (Review and Interview)

I loved reading this story, especially as it had as its protagonist, a mortician, so rare even in horror stories. The author uses clever wordplay all through the book to keep her readers engrossed in the story and she uses anything she can as a prop like weather, poisonous herbs, trees etc. which is so amazing.
