"Started this book at around 8:30pm ish. I need to be able to help Alondra in case she does read and makes it far. But truthfully this book is really good so far even though it is for a younger audience! C.S. Lewis’ world building is amazing and I was amazed and hooked since the end of the first chapter, the characters till now have also been wonderful, had I not been sleepy (10:15 PM) I would’ve kept reading!" — 5 hours, 9 min ago

"Love the way the author went about the interaction, it was easy to keep track of it. I love how drunk Caderousse reveals his true intentions and thoughts on Dantes and it doesn’t seem like he wishes him any harm. On the other hand, the other two seem determined to ruin Dantes’s life, despite knowing what could await them once he is released from prison. This is definitely a well written start." — Oct 01, 2026 04:40PM
