Cesar Soares is the author of WHERE DREAMS BREAK, a memoir based on true events. As a child, he shined shoes and faced poverty, bullying, and severe psoriasis. Years later, he built businesses and worked in broadcasting before losing almost everything. After a devastating accident near Times Square in New York, two major spinal surgeries, and a stroke, he began writing this memoir while lying in bed. WHERE DREAMS BREAK is a story of survival, resilience, faith, loss, and the determination to begin again. He currently lives in New Jersey, where he continues writing and sharing his story with readers around the world.
