I just finished Science, Religion & Spirituality and I have to say, I did not expect a book that combines Eastern religious traditions and Western scientific knowledge to develop practical spirituality to be as timely and accessible as this one was. The way it addressed the contemporary moment when youth is returning to a kind of religion where spirituality is on the rise, and the recognition that there is no longer value in asking "Is God dead?" but rather in using science to complement our spirituality, is something I have not seen done with this much clarity before. What stayed with me most was the emphasis on observing the mind, living in gratitude, and discarding expectations, and the benefits that come from focusing on our spiritual self: tranquility, increased production, a resurgence of vitality, mental clarity, and the joy of living. The fact that this book is not about creating a new religion, sect, or movement, but rather about loving every religion, is exactly the kind of inclusive, practical approach that makes this guide so valuable. It made me think about how rarely we see spiritual writing that bridges Eastern and Western traditions with such practical application.

Before I say anything else, I want to say congratulations. A book that teaches how to observe the mind, live in gratitude, and discard expectations, all while maintaining a 4.0 rating with readers, is a real achievement. Most authors would have focused on one tradition or one aspect of spirituality, but it chose to combine Eastern religious traditions and Western scientific knowledge to develop a practical spirituality that transcends any single faith. That is not the easy path, and I think the fact that readers are connecting with this work proves that this kind of inclusive, practical spirituality is deeply needed.

What stood out to me is that the book isn't asking readers to choose between science and spirituality. Instead, it creates a space where ideas from both can inform how readers approach the mind, gratitude, expectations, and everyday life.
