Whether in her state of Tennessee or traveling around the world, C.E. Wright wants one thing out of life: joy. So, she pursues it, namely through creativity. Her inspiration comes to her during long walks on the beaches of Amelia Island and relaxing with a warm cup of tea. She started writing her magic at a young age and plans to never stop. When not at her university studying English, Creative Writing, and languages, she plays classical piano and hones her artistic skills.

Plus, it's multifaceted in how you can play it. Epic? Dramatic? Plucky? It all works! (less)

I've been a fan of light romance fiction for a long time now (it makes me happy, and I love the comedy and chemistry), but books like Shadow and Bone are calling my name more than ever. It'll be a good way for me to avoid having my eyes on my computer screen for too long.(less)

C.E. Wright liked a quote
A Man Without a Country by Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
“And on the subject of burning books: I want to congratulate librarians, not famous for their physical strength or their powerful political connections or their great wealth, who, all over this country, have staunchly resisted anti-democratic bullies who have tried to remove certain books from their shelves, and have refused to reveal to thought police the names of persons who have checked out those titles.

So the America I loved still exists, if not in the White House or the Supreme Court or the Senate or the House of Representatives or the media. The America I love still exists at the front desks of our public libraries.”
Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
