Eric H. Brown is passionate about next generation leaders. Having been in leadership for almost three decades, he is ardent about helping creatives transition from individual contributors to leaders. Other times I force myself to write and find that I start to get into the "flow" after about twenty minutes. Finally, I have found that reading across a series of broad topics inspires me.
