“Have you heard the metaphor of the sticks?” Jurius’ eyes grew colder. “Grab a stick at both ends, you bend it, and it breaks. Gather a bundle of sticks together, grab it at the ends, and you cannot break them. The problem is that sometimes there are stubborn sticks that refuse to break, even on their own.
