Giving up at 50%. Just be couldn’t stand the whining protagonist any longer. Didn’t give a stuff what happened to her or indeed any of the other characters. What an absolute turkey.

Reasonably interesting. Not sure about the “ego” stuff and this is yet another sobriety book that studious overlooks middle lane drinkers and talks about consumption at a level that most of us would end up hospitalised for. But I liked the reframing ...more
