20.7 - Connie's Task - Women of Achievement Month, September:
A. Read a novel that meets all three criteria of the Bechdel Test: the work must (i) have at least 2 female characters who (ii) talk to each other about (iii) something other than a man/men. OR
B. Read a book written by a feminist author.
20.8 - Kate S' Task - Veteran's Day, November 11th:
Read any book written by a "veteran" author, one that has published books for 20 or more years during his/her lifetime.
20.9 - Elizabeth (Alaska)'s Task - National Author's Day, November 1st:
Read a biography of an author, an author's autobiography, memoir or diary, or a non-fiction book about a group of authors.

Read a book by an author that committed suicide or a non-fiction book about Mental and emotional illnesses and disturbances (Dewey Decimal number starts with 362.2)

Read a book that does not fit any of the other Reading with Style 10 or 20-point tasks.
This task cannot be repeated.
10.2 - Celebrate Oktoberfest by reading a book written by an author born in one of countries hosting Oktoberfest festivities: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Columbia, Chile, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Mexico, Palestinian Territories, Romania, United States and Vietnam. Each country may only be used once for task and once for combo points. This task cannot be used for multiple points.
10.3 - In celebration of Art Garfukel’s November 5th birthday, read one of the 1160 books
he has read.
10.4 - Celebrate Fall when the leaves turn (or Spring when the flowers bloom) by reading a book with a color in the title. The word must refer to the color.
10.5 - Honor International Day for the Elderly on October 1st by reading a novel with a main character who is over the age of 60 OR a non-fiction book by an author that was 60 or older when it was published.
10.6 - Commemorate parliamentary or presidential elections being held in dozens of countries this fall by reading a nonfiction book about an elected official or a book written by a person who has held a publicly elected position.
10.7 - Karen GHHS' Task - Monsterfest IV
Read a book published in the 21st Century (2000-2012) with a spooky and imaginary character in it. Vampires, ghosts, monsters, golems, etc. count but a scary human murderer would not. Unicorns and other imaginary creatures only count if they were scary.
10.8 - Rosemary's Task - Lucky Sevens
Read a book (A) with 7 words in the title, including unique subtitles (generic subtitles such as "A Novel" or "A Story" do not count), OR (B) with 7 letters in the author’s first name OR (C) whose year of first publication ends in 7. Each option may only be used once for task and once for combo points. This task cannot be used for multiple points.

Read a book that continues a series of which you've already read the initial installment. This task can be completed three times. This task cannot be claimed as combo points or for multiple points.
