15.5- A Drop in the Bucket

Read one book from a series that has at least 10 published books excluding omnibus editions, boxsets, and novellas/short stories in multiple author anthologies. The book must be identified as part of a series on Goodreads.

Vicky (librovert) | 240 comments Is a series with exactly 10 books acceptable or does it have to have more than 10?

Sara ♥ (saranicole) | 1114 comments I highly recommend the In Death series by J.D. Robb! It's got 34 main-story-line books so far! ;)

mstan | 868 comments Is Swallowdale OK? There seems to be 12 books in the series, according to goodreads, but the tagging of series titles is a bit messy.

Riona (rionafaith) I just wanted to double-check something. I'm definitely going to put a Discworld book here, since there are 39 books in the series so far. However, the specific one I'd like to read, The Wee Free Men, is also part of the Tiffany Aching sub-series, which only has 4 books. Most people refer to the larger Discworld series as a whole, and only break them down into sub-series according to main character groups because there are so many, so does this still work?

yes it does, it is a primary book in Discworld

Riona (rionafaith) Cool, thanks. I thought so, just wanted to check!

Chris (chrismd) | 1237 comments Seeking approval for
The Garden Intrigue (Pink Carnation, #9) by Lauren Willig
While this is listed as the 9th book in the Pink Carnation series, there is a 10th book that was published as #1.5 ( Ivy and Intrigue A Very Selwick Christmas (Pink Carnation, #1.5) by Lauren Willig ), so there really are 10 books in the series. (BTW, the GR page only says Ivy & Intrigue is a novella, but on Amazon you see that it's 113 pages, so it is a full book.)
Thanks!

Sarah (booksandbosox) | 108 comments Wanted to double check on the Walking Dead series, as published in volume form. There are currently 16 volumes out, with a 17th due in December. I read this one: The Walking Dead, Vol. 13: Too Far Gone and just wanted to make sure it would work.

Ms.soule (mrssoule) Does Man With a Past (Going Back) work for this task? The Going Back series has 36 works, but they're all by different authors.
