For option 4, what about Stephen Colbert? He's not on the list in the link, but Jon Stewart is, and their shows seem pretty comparable to me.

I've no problem with Stephen Colbert - he hosts a talk show.

I don't think this one fits, she isn't a host of some sort for a talk show ...

Could the book, The Labyrinth of Osirisby Paul Sussman be used for Option 6?The book takes place in both Israel and Egypt but the title Labyrinth is located in Egypt and at least half the action occurs there
