SOLVED. there are witches and snow all the time [s]

Hi, I'm new here, and I don't know if I choose the right section to ask this, but I'm looking for a book. I don't know the author, or the title, I just remember some things from it.
It was situated in a post apocalyptic reality. Snow was always on the streets because of something that happened in the past (I don't remember what). The main character was a witch. There was another race of beings, that witches were attracted to, but there was a law forbidding relationships between them.
The witch had an ex husband, and a police officer came to town. He was half breed with that race I can't remember, but he didn't know, and she didn't tell him. And if the witch was in trouble she could summon that other race with some chant. I think that the other race were angels, but I'm not sure. I just can't stop thinking about that book lately, so I want to read it again.
Well, that's all I can remember, and I hope someone will help me.

Vampirabella, I think you are looking for the Rogue Mage Series (3 books, I believe) Bloodring is book #1. #2 is Seraphs and the last book is Host.
