Me too! I was reading 2 to 3 books a week as a teenager when no one really liked to read.

Grace (miscmiscmisc) I'm still a teen and read a book every day/every two days. Even long ones.

I only started writing two years ago, but I got hooked, despite current writer's block.

Pam G (pgarey) Hi everyone, I'm Pam. My favorite series is Black Dagger Brotherhood. I also love Night Huntress, Midnight Breeds, and Immortals After Dark. I discovered the genre by surprise. My daughter gave me a book called Cerulean Sins/Laurell K Hamilton to read on a long flight. I've been hooked ever since.

It took me a few chapters to get into it, but i ended up enjoying it so much i read the next one in the series," Stolen."

I like reading fiction and non-fiction but I love Historical romance and recently have become a Sherrilyn Kenyon's fan so I guess I am widening my horizon a bit. I am open to anything, so I would love any suggestions on books to read.

message 374: by Grace (new)

Danielle (Smiley1881) | 159 comments Liz, I haven't tried the Sony Reader but I have a Kindle and it's fantastic and I even have the first generation Kindle. With the Kindle you order your books from Amazon and they have the largest book selection. So I would have to recommend the Kindle and you can also buy one used for a good price:)

message 397: by Jess (new)

Jess | 3721 comments Welcome to the group Liz! I personally have a kindle and love it! But it all depends on personal preference.

message 398: by Liz (new)

Liz (queenli) | 3 comments okay, with the kindle is there a website where you can get the books for free or do you always have to pay for them???

message 399: by Grace (new)

Grace (miscmiscmisc) i can sometimes download free books off scribd.com, but not always. *shrugs* doesn't have half the books most times, but i did get the Strange Angels and Betrayals off there.

welcome anyone who's new!
