I had heard that this was a good series and was eager to read it. A lot of my friends really loved it. For once, I really enjoyed a comedy manga, partly because romance is such a huge theme. Koizumi and Otani are adorable, but so oblivious to the fact that they really like each other. It's pretty difficult to create a series based around height, but I think Love Com is pretty successful.
Now, I'm just hoping that it doesn't take the entire series for Koizumi and Otani to actually get together. Series like that really get on my nerves.

That's part of why I got bored of Smallville. Well, I never finished season one, but from the sounds of it it takes a while for him to tell Lana he loves her, and even then things go wrong. That got annoying quick.

The whole book is based on the fact that Otani and Koizumi are both self-conscious about their height. It's stated that Koizumi is 15 and 5'7". At first I thought that was weird, because 5'7" is actually a pretty average height; I'm actually 14 and I'm 5'10". But then I remembered that this is Japanese, and most Asian people are pretty short.
I thought that the constant bickering between the two lead characters would get on my nerves, but it surprisingly didn't. Hopefully it'll stay that way throughout the series. And I actually enjoyed this manga very much and thought the comedy was more or less well-done; I'm not usually a fan of comedies, which is why this was a pleasant surprise.
It's a 5-star rating for me:D
