Kristen | 1392 comments I've just finished volume 10. I really enjoy this series! It's lighthearted and fun. Some romance mangas get so caught up in the drama of everything, which tends to make me really anxious. I like that problems usually get solved in one or two chapters. It saves me some anxiety.

I had heard that this was a good series and was eager to read it. A lot of my friends really loved it. For once, I really enjoyed a comedy manga, partly because romance is such a huge theme. Koizumi and Otani are adorable, but so oblivious to the fact that they really like each other. It's pretty difficult to create a series based around height, but I think Love Com is pretty successful.

Now, I'm just hoping that it doesn't take the entire series for Koizumi and Otani to actually get together. Series like that really get on my nerves.

Kristen | 1392 comments When it's, like, volume 20 and the two people who you know like each other and they know like each other won't get together? I hate it when that happens!

That's part of why I got bored of Smallville. Well, I never finished season one, but from the sounds of it it takes a while for him to tell Lana he loves her, and even then things go wrong. That got annoying quick.

Fauuzzie (faize) I agree with you on that. My brother loves Smallville, so I watched some of it and I thought that every single episode was the same. And all of the characters were annoying to me. I made it to season 3 and then I just gave up.

Fauuzzie (faize) I loved Love.com. It is probably my favorite manga so far, right next to Battle Angel Alita.

The whole book is based on the fact that Otani and Koizumi are both self-conscious about their height. It's stated that Koizumi is 15 and 5'7". At first I thought that was weird, because 5'7" is actually a pretty average height; I'm actually 14 and I'm 5'10". But then I remembered that this is Japanese, and most Asian people are pretty short.

I thought that the constant bickering between the two lead characters would get on my nerves, but it surprisingly didn't. Hopefully it'll stay that way throughout the series. And I actually enjoyed this manga very much and thought the comedy was more or less well-done; I'm not usually a fan of comedies, which is why this was a pleasant surprise.

It's a 5-star rating for me:D

jenny I think I'm going to like this series. It's so cute. I really like Risa's spunk, and I don't find her annoying like some shoujo girls. Otani is an awesome character. I would say he's totally adorable, but I know he would hate that. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of this series.

Jamille | 2 comments This is one of my favorite shoujo story's you think it's going to be cliche then it isn't. I just loved the relationship dynamic of the two main characters it was nice reading a story for once when the guy the girl was going after wasn't Mr. Badass or Mr. Prince. And that he had a flaw that wasn't him being a ass-hat making him extremely likeable. Plus it's hilarious watching Risa and Otani together.

Sinai C. (sinaic) Wooo....well. I do have to say Otani is really adorable, and I'd love him for a boyfriend, but I realllly didn't like the first book. I mean, you can tell there's a relationship blossoming with the two main characters and they have a nice friendship/rivalry...but wow...I just did NOT like the book as a whole. But I'll keep with it since a lot of people like it.

Juvia (juvia_winter) | 195 comments I was really surprised about this book. When I read the description I thought I would not like it. The cover didn't really draw me in, but once I started, I lost track of time and found myself on the last page. I am interested to see where this story goes. It turned out to be super cute. I liked the relationship between Otani and Risa...they appear to be complete opposites on the outside, but really they have a lot in common.

Yue | 67 comments I did not want to read this at first, cause I don't like the girl being taller than the boy in a relationship. And the first volume was not thaaat funny, and I couldn't help seeing both of them as a sister and her little brother. Then, from volume 2 I started to love this manga! I really like the main couple. Risa is not dumb as most shoujo girls and in this case, the boy is the one oblivious to the girl's feelings (almost all shoujos I read the girl is the dense one). There are no dramas, everything is light, funny and romantic, just as I expect from a shoujo ;)

jenny I just finished this series. I really really liked it and Otani and Risa will always have a special place in my heart. Great characters. I'm going to watch the live action film next!

Aurora There's a live action?! I wanna watch it. I loved the series, one of my favorites, so there's gonna be a high expectation for the movie.
