Hi everyone! Ok so this book is kind of old, I guess. I read it 5 years ago.
This is what I remember:
A boy named Michael had his legs amputated from the thigh down from a car crash (his entire family in the car dies). He goes to regular school and volunteers at the school. There, he meets a girl named Sarah and they regularly volunteer together. They get along well. One day, he asks the teacher where Sarah is, and the teacher replies that she's only seen him (Michael) volunteer alone. He finds out that Sarah is a ghost. Nonetheless, they fall in love and he finally agrees to get prosthetic limbs (something he's been contemplating). He becomes a doctor and comforts a boy who needs to amputate his legs as well.

That's all I remember.

However, I do have some kind of memory of the title being called "Remembering Sarah" or something but obviously not if Google won't return the result I was looking for :( In addition, the author is something Hudson. I remember a "Hudson" on the back..
