Agree Phrynne, although I have had to develop a system for keeping track of which books are in which challenge and when I can read them. Has taken me a while, but I have it down to a fine art now :)
I have created a "Challenges" shelf on Goodreads for mine Brenda, and use the "Notes" column to record which challenge. Has been working really well for me when looking for books to double up in another challenge - can see the covers, sort them by title, author etc, see publishing dates. Yes, in case there was ever any doubt, I am a slightly obsessive book nerd :)

I have a notebook too. It never has wifi issues, never breaks down, is very compact and is available anytime anywhere.
