These two books need combining (the title of the second is wrong - it's missing the "The" at the beginning). Also the second edition has 497 pages.

The second edition has the author's name spelled wrong, so the first step is to merge the incorrectly spelled author profile with the correctly spelled version. I've dropped the links in the Goodreads Author profiles needing merging thread so rivka can get them. Then we can combine.
