I bet you are, Heidi! I've seen your review!! Heheehee... ;-) I don't like romantic contemporaries, so after reading your review, I backed far far away from that book. You were completely right about Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver for me.

Ha! It is nothing about the actual writing itself - that was good it is more about the message. I get a little sad when people idolize Travis. I guess personally I am not into that type of controlling angry guy and Abby's constant head games were just as bad. Ok I'm done!

Yeah, I didn't idolize Travis at all. Not my type in any way or form--I just enjoyed reading their story. It was like a train wreck--you can't stop watching!

Yeah, I've heard mixed things about Ink, though.

Bridget's Quiet Corner (chaptersandscreens) Between two books right now. Normally don't do this but since having my kindle, I have a books on there I am reading, but my 10 y/o usually takes it over...and Im not one who really likes to read a whole lot during the day while my kids are at school..Im usually cleaning, checking emails, etc...So, by the time I settle down and want to read, my 10 y/o is home and has taken over my Kindle and his brother the computer...So, I read the regular book while he has my kindle and try to read the kindle at night>

But I guess that's too much info...lol

1. Identity (Eyes Wide Open, #1) by Ted Dekker
{Kindle Edition~as of 6/5/13 it's still free..It comes in 4 parts, or you can get all 4 parts in one book}

2. In Love & Trouble Stories of Black Women by Alice Walker

Hazel West | 70 comments I just finished Pagan's Crusade and I really enjoyed it. Pagan was awesome, despite the kind of choppy writing style. Now I'm reading Purity of Blood (Adventures of Captain Alatriste #2) by Arturo Pérez-Reverte which isn't YA, but if anyone here liked The Three Musketeers, you should read this series. The author writes in a very classic style that emulates Dumas, and the characters are rather similar as well. I've been enjoying these a lot.

David books are in a class of their own in my opinion!

Rot & Ruin was totally different that what I was expecting! It reminded me a little of The Immortal Rules (Blood of Eden, #1) by Julie Kagawa in how both authors took zombies and twisted it into a smart, well thought out dystopian society!

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green Shatter Me (Shatter Me, #1) by Tahereh Mafi Beautiful Chaos (Caster Chronicles, # 3) by Kami Garcia Gone (Gone, #1) by Michael Grant Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments, #2) by Cassandra Clare Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices, #1) by Cassandra Clare and finally The Moon and More by Sarah Dessen

I've read all but 13 Reasons Why and The moon and More. Out of all of those, Beautiful Chaos was my least favorite, it kind of disappointed me. But you should still read it, because the last book was amazing! The Fault in Our Stars will make you cry....Gone is an amazing sci-fi dystopian and it will be easy to lose yourself in that world...same with Shatter Me and of course, anything by Cassandra Clare! Not sure if that helps you or not! lol

Steph is: Pageturning578 (stephw1991) Omg thank you all for responding! Any suggestions helps when I have so many books to choose from! Jenny I want to finish the beautiful creatures series but I think I need to take a break for a book or two. I've been dying to read Fault in our stars! The Human is taking me a lot longer to read than the first book. I loved The Bane, and this one is pretty good so far. It's just not holding my attention as well, but that could also be because I have other great books I want to read first. :)
