I finished Four A Divergent Story Collection (Divergent, #0.1 - 0.4) by Veronica Roth and it was pretty good! I really enjoyed The Son (Divergent, #0.3) by Veronica Roth the best out of the stories! It was also cool to see Tris from Four's eyes in Four The Traitor (Divergent, #0.4) by Veronica Roth

FINALLY got After the End (After the End #1) by Amy Plum as eloan from the library. I had checked it out months ago and read about 40% and then it got returned...so been waiting since then to get it back again! I'm almost done, its a pretty good read!

No idea what I'm reading after that...probably grab a library book.

Finished reading After the End (After the End #1) by Amy Plum and it was enjoyable enough, although it ends on a pretty big cliffhanger.

Now reading My True Love Gave to Me Twelve Holiday Stories by Stephanie Perkins The first story was my Rainbow Rowell it was so cute! I love Rainbow Rowell's stories, they are so quirky! The second story was by Kelly Link and it was good, although very different. Can't wait to read the rest of the stories, some great authors in here!

message 10133: by Sarah (new)

Sarah I'm always reading three or four books at once. Don't know why I always do that. Just happens. Some on audio, some on phone, some on kindle. Hardly any hard copies. Anyway, right now I'm reading The Joy Luck Club, The Phone Company and Infinite. They are all good and totally different. Love recommendations for my next reads based on these.

Oh WOW The Joy Luck Club...I loved that book when it came out! Have you seen the movie? You will need an entire box of kleenex!

The book that came to mind when you mentioned that one was We Were the Mulvaneys by Joyce Carol Oates They are completely different stories, but have some of the same feel. Its also a story about a family that goes from almost perfect to completely dysfunctional and outcasts. One of my fave books ever, actually.

Infinite--by Jodi Meadows? If so, try The Girl of Fire and Thorns (Fire and Thorns, #1) by Rae Carson really awesome fantasy!

I haven't read the Phone Company.

Well I kinda get that.
I have been a reader my whole life, but there is still books out there I havent read yet (that have been out for sometime)that I want to read. And yes, sometimes it becomes too much reading.
Personally I dident read Graceling before months before bitterblue was out,so I was a bit late on that bandwagon.
oohh..Just remembered, you should try Prophecy (The Dragon King Chronicles, #1) by Ellen Oh

message 10150: by Sarah (new)

Sarah I read mostly YA. And within that I prefer sci-fi fantasy. Love dystopian. No zombies or too much violence.

Best wishes for your studies. And thanks!
