Crap Ally, that does hurt, I have done it to and there isn't anything any of the genius doctors can do about it.

Curious to hear what you think of Fire. I personally liked it better than Bitterblue but a lot of people were the opposite :)

The whole Graceling trilogy was amazing. Graceling was my favorite. I enjoyed Fire a lot. I loved the creatures and people and plot. I adored Brigan. He was awesome. It was fast-paced and action-packed. However in Bitterblue, I found the the plot was slow and dragged out. I found that Bitterblue annoyed me at times and that a lot of the plot was predictable. I loved Saph. I thought that Katsa and Po should've been in it more. Overall, I loved the whole series
I am liking Fire better than Graceling. Haven't gotten to Bitterblue yet. Don't even have it on hold yet.

Ok cool!

It's been a big reading weekend for me - I've had bronchitis and the flu for two weeks, and in addition to the fatigue and overall achiness from the flu, I have had major breathing issues and a high fever - so my attention span and energy level have been nil for anything EXCEPT reading - I don't even pay attention to the tv at night and have a bunch of shows to catch up on since I don't remember what happened the first time. (I did practice guitar, but decided I was pushing my luck with my husband by threatening to force him into a singalong of Kumbaya with me because I just learned all of the chords needed for the song. He was not amused.)So I've been reading like a maniac. In between falling asleep every few hours :). Today, I started and finished both Beautiful Darkness and The Fault In Our Stars, and now I'm reading:
Beautiful Chaos (Caster Chronicles #3)
The Lives and Loves of Daisy and Violet Hilton: A True Story of Conjoined Twins
And of course, The Moon Dwellers ;).
I also love listening to audiobooks to fall asleep, and I'm about to start "The Secret History of the Mongol Queens: How the Daughters of Genghis Khan Rescued His Empire". I'm debating between that and finishing "Four Queens" by Nancy Goldstone, about four sisters from a noble family in Provence in the 14th century who all somehow became queens - I'm a huge history buff and have a fascination with royalty, so I tend to listen to history books to fall asleep.
Couldn't get into All Fall Down - Erica Spindler, so now decided to read Priced to Move - Ginny Aiken.

Also, The Fault in Our Stars works.

I've only read TFiOS, but I've heard pretty much anything by John Green or Gayle Forman are good for making you cry.
David, how long is Moon Dwellers? Goodreads says 262 pages, but Amazon says 369. Knowing my usual reading speed, I'm inclined to agree with Amazon.
was VERY good...very strong, well-written fantasy. Hard to believe this was the author's first book. Now, I'm moving on to the next. I think I'm going to start

...I can't decide!I have to pick books with blue covers this month...I'm doing a blue cover book challenge for January!

Oh thank God. I thought I was reading exceptionally slowly! lol I'm at 73% and really enjoying it so far!
Just finished Moon Dwellers! It took me a while to get into, but I think that was more my mood this past week than the actual book. Once I really got into it, though, I LOVED it! It was so good! When I first joined this group, I fell into the YA Lovers category. Now I am an official David Estes fan!
Wowwwww!! Thank you so much DeAnna, I'm thrilled you enjoyed it, and don't worry, I think my books tend to take a little while to get into, I'm just a slow starter lol! But in any case, I loved your review and can't thank you enough for your kind words :)
I finished
, it was sooo good!! So proud of Ms Hooper, she's another amazing Indie, it seems like we have so many in this group :)
Now I'm reading
, I'm addicted to Patrick Ness's writing!
