I'm reading
and I'm a bit underwhelmed. I liked the first three in the Mortal Instruments series, but I found the fourth,
, to be a little repetitive - and the characters have acted a little... well, out of character, if that makes any sense! Anyway, don't wanna leave the series without knowing its final, so... onward with it!

My two star rating is mostly based on personal like and dislike. If you don't mind a lot of demonic imagery and an Author who interjects her personal opinions a lot, then you'll probably really enjoy The Diviners. Because it definitely isn't boring, and the writing style is amazing; I just don't like excessive demonic imagery and a spouting of personal opinion in a work of fiction.

Oh, okay I'll try to keep an open mind then! If I don't like it, I guess I'll be glad I didn't buy it, but rather checked it out from the library! Thanks!

LOL I did the same thing and I'm slowly working my way through them, this was one of them haha! I've heard it's pretty dark and sad and depressing but I guess we'll see whether it's a good thing or not!
It's hard, though, because almost all of them are parts of series, and I don't like to just read the first book in a series, unless that's all that's out!ETA: That's also why I've been staying out of the "What books have you bought recently" thread! lol

LOL yeah, I'm becoming more like that too, trying to wait until the whole series is out before starting, but it's sooo hard seeing everybody rave about the first book as soon as it's out lol!

I just finished
last night. I had high hopes for it, and unfortunately, it fell a little short. But it was still a good read. The creepiness factor was off the charts! And I loved the ending!

The Sun Dwellers was my favorite of the Dwellers series! Yaay!
I didn't realize Through the Ever Night was out now. That is a tough decision between the two! I need to read both as well. I feel like like I'm falling so behind in keeping up!
