SOLVED* YA a boy who's little brother kills himself accidentally? [s]

Hi, about 1 or 2 years ago I checked out a book at my old local library and began reading it, but didn't have time to finish. All I remember was that the cover was all white with a orange rabbit skin as if it were pinned on it. And it started off as two brothers fighting over the remote, I think, and the little brother jokingly grabs a gun from the cabinet or something and accidentally shoots himself.
I think at the end the older brother was the one who really killed his litte brother but I'm not sure..
