Kyra-your post reminded me of my weirdo friend: even if she doesn't like the first book in a series, she reads the rest of them! The Maximum Ride series, which I personally loved, she hated, but she read the rest of the books anyway :)

Haha (: Well, I won't continue the series. It was kind of awful. I really want to read The Angel Experiment ! I'm just forcing myself to wait because I still have ten books on my TBR shelf.

It does seem a bit long, it was a really quick read for me though. Read it over a couple hours. It was cute, good for reading during the summer or if you're looking for a light story.

Just finished and wow, what a ride! I knew I was going to like this book but I never expeced that I would get this attached to the characters. I now undertstand why so many people love Michael Grant. He's really smart as an author.

I will now get back to . It didn't grapped me so I started reading Gone instead but maybe it will works better for me now.

I was commenting about For Darkness Shows the Stars. I felt i was always waiting and waiting in that book for her to finally get together with the guy.

My mistake! I just finished it and I don't really know what to say...I found the plot boring. Also, the main character's voice almost sounded the same when she was a child and when she was 18-19...and she felt a little flat as a character. I did like the romance a little bit and liked the ''drama'' between them but was dissapointed in the ending.
