I get what you're saying. I feel the same way. I read the Vincent Boys when it first came out. That's when I started using my Kindle and got back into reading. After that I read Existence and it's sequel. Once I jumped into other YA novels I kind of realized I like Abbi's work, but I wasn't crazy about it. I think Fallen too far is the best work I've read from her so far. And what you said is true for me. Her writing does feel more like fan fiction and is a little predictable. I do like her as a person from what I see on Facebook, but as a reader this is how I feel towards her writing. I like it, just not crazy about it. But, I am looking forward to starting Never Too Far.

I've read this before Sweet Venom, and I can say that Sweet Venom is much better. Anyway, this is a quick read too, a cute one about mermaids, but I didn't like the heroine because she's so annoying. haha

I've just finished . It wasa good and the writting style is just as amazing as ever but I was a little bit dissapointed. I thought the events were repetitive and that the book was way too long (and I love long books!) for nothing). I'm still really exited about the last book of this series however.

I wanted to start but since I haven't had the chance to buy Clockwork Princess yet, I'll wait a little longer. I just started instead and I'll probably start really soon, I'm so exited about this one!

I also really liked Xander! I'm not ''Team Xander or Team Ky because while I liked Xander better, I didn't think him and Cassia worked as a couple, from the beginning but as I character I found him wuite charming..

So, I finished

and while I really liked the first 100 pages, by the middle of the books I was able to undertand all the mixed reviews I had read about it. It's not a bad book but it wasn't that great either.

I also started and it's already amazing so far. For those of you who haven't started this series yet, you definitively should! And if you read the first two books and didn't liked it so much, keep going, it gets so much better!

Mostly I hate covers with models in general, but especially this one. It's just not how I pictured Katie. Have you read the books ?
